Digital Goods & Services
Most of our services (Data, Airtime, and Vouchers) are processed instantly. Due to this automated delivery system, once a transaction has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Physical Product Orders
For physical items like routers or hardware, orders can be canceled within the first 2 hours of purchase, provided the items have not been dispatched to our courier.
- Cancellations before dispatch: Full Refund.
- Cancellations after dispatch: Not applicable (See Refund Policy).
Wallet Transactions
Funds added to your wallet cannot be "canceled" but can be used for any future purchases. Wallet withdrawals are subject to a 2% administrative fee.
