Fulfillment Methods
Our platform handles both digital and physical fulfillment. The method of "shipping" depends entirely on the product type purchased:
Data, Airtime, and Vouchers are delivered instantly via SMS/Email. No physical shipping is required.
Electronic Gadgets, Clothings, Shoes, Furnitures, and hardwares are shipped via our logistics partners to your doorstep.
Delivery Timelines
For physical items, we strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Accra & Tema Metropolitan Area Same Day - 24 Hours
- Regional Capitals (Kumasi, Takoradi, etc.) 2 - 3 Business Days
- Other Districts & Remote Areas 3 - 5 Business Days
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
- Standard Delivery: Starts at ₵30.00 within Greater Accra.
- Free Shipping: Available for hardware orders exceeding ₵1,500.00.
- Self-Pickup: You may opt to pick up your order from our East Legon hub at no cost.
