Most of our offerings, such as "Data Bundles, Airtime, and Exam Result Checkers", are digital products that are consumed instantly upon delivery.
- All sales of digital products are final once delivered.
- We cannot offer refunds for data sent to an incorrect phone number provided by the user.
Tip: Always verify your index number or phone number before confirming payment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Failed Delivery: Your payment was successful, but the system failed to deliver the service.
- Duplicate Charges: You were billed more than once for a single order.
- Defective Hardware: Physical items (Routers, etc.) that arrive damaged or non-functional.
