01. User Accounts
To access certain features (like Wallet and History), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
02. Service Usage & Accuracy
Our platform facilitates the purchase of third-party digital services (MTN, Telecel, WAEC, etc.). While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for:
- Network delays from telecommunication providers.
- Incorrect phone numbers or index numbers entered by the user.
- Maintenance windows by banking or mobile money partners.
03. Wallet & Payments
Credits added to your digital wallet are non-transferable to other accounts. We reserve the right to freeze any wallet balance suspected of being involved in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
04. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Republic of Ghana**, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
